Cure for night sweats?

Anyone have a remedy for night sweats? I change my pajamas at least 3-4 times a night. Is there anything I can do or any meds I can take? Thanks ladies.

  • They were just talking about this topic (well hot flashes) on the Rachael Ray show a couple days ago. They had some women test different products and the one that seemed to work well for the one lady was the Chillow. You can read about it on their website: http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/show/segments/view/human-lab-hot-flashes/
The Comfort Store has the original Chillow for $29.95 or the Chillow Plus for $39.95: http://sitincomfort.com/chchpiorchne.html.
And this is the cheapest I found it for online ($19.95): http://www.drugstore.com/search/search_results.asp?N=0&Ntx=mode%2Bmatchallpartial&Ntk=All&srchtree=1&Ntt=chillow.
Hope you find something that helps! :)

  • If this is related to menopause, take black cohosh and eat a serving of good soy (organic or non-GMO) like tofu or edamame every day.

  • I get these from menopause. I sleep nude and use baby powder ...keep it next to the bed and use it when I start to sweat.
I also have several pillows and flip them to the cool side ...that chillow thing sounds cool. (no pun intended) might have to try that also.
