My babies brown hair is falling out..why?

me and my husband are blonde and we just had a baby in january and he was born with dark brown hair and blonde eyebrows. That confused me, lol. Now he is 1month old and his hair is falling out on the top and sides, does this mean it will come in blonde?

  • No, it might come in blonde but you can never say for sure. Babies hair falls out sometimes, it'll grow back soon :)

  • my son is mixed and born with a full head of black hair.
it slowly fell out as he got a little older.
Now he is seven months and has dark/ light brown hair..
and its just starting to grow in all the way!

  • My daughter was born with really dark, almost black hair. She lost that and was very blonde for a few years. She is 5 now and it is getting darker, more dirty blonde. My DH and I both have brown hair so we figure she will eventually go brown like us. You never really know what color hair or eyes a child will have, genetics can be crazy sometimes.

  • My daughter's hair was dark brown and fell out about that time and now it's blond. It happens. Not sure why.
