Does a Yoga class from 9-4 today sound perfect for you?

My DD has her last Yoga class for one month. Since it will be closed for the next month. So she's attending this from 9-4 today. While her newlywed DH is spending quiet time with his 17 year old son. I haven't tried Yoga. But she uses it to help ease pain of a broken back. Her stress and pain. So I'm wondering if this sounds like a good way to spend the day? I'm clueless but isn't that a long time for a class? I'd love your input. Thank you for any kind replies.

  • I've been to yoga seminars that were that long. We had a break for a healthy lunch, shared some experiences and thoughts, did yoga poses for a while, a lot of concentrating and meditation training.

  • 7 hours of Yoga would be a bit much for me.
