I love pilates. I felt great when I did them (I'm too pregnant right now to do it comfortably). I definitely toned up nicely while doing them. I didn't take a class though, I did them with a video at home.

Pilates is great for toning, for strengthening your core muscles, and for increasing your flexibility. It was created as a low impact exercise for dancers to improve their physical shape.
