Anyone do pilates?

I was going to sign up for a class and was wondering the benefits of this workout?

  • i love pilates!!!
    i even had private lessons before... i like how it can really challenge your brain to focus on muscles and movements that you didn't know you had, or didn't know you could do!

  • I love pilates. I felt great when I did them (I'm too pregnant right now to do it comfortably). I definitely toned up nicely while doing them. I didn't take a class though, I did them with a video at home.

  • Pilates is great for toning, for strengthening your core muscles, and for increasing your flexibility. It was created as a low impact exercise for dancers to improve their physical shape.
