  • BRAT diet - Bananas, rice, apple sauce or toast always did the trick for my boys! (just small sips of water too!)

  • Hmm. Try a little water. Wait for a while and only give her sips.

  • Poor thing. Plant yourselves on the couch with lots of towels. Get a change of clothes for both her and you ready, put on a quiet movie and lie down with her. Hopefully you will both fall asleep. Does she have a fever?

  • No more milk for a while. Is she congested? Both of mine would throw up if they were heavily congested. Stick with clear fluids -- water, white grape juice, apple juice -- until this passes. Call the doc and see what he suggests. If she's congested, see what decongestants you can give her to help clear that up.

    Hang in there, hon. :)

  • My daughter would spit up curdled milk when her reflux was acting up. She did this until she was almost two years old. Has she ever had any problems with reflux?
