I have had this twitch in my upper left eye lid for over a month now. Any ideas what might cause this?

  • I get that too, it's a nervous twitch from being drained with little rest. Sleep is different from rest. When I get that I know for sure I'm stressed out. Try resting wear earplugs if you have to if you have little kids to deal with. Do things to bring more quiet and less noise around you. If you're a mom who leaves home to work often, how can you make that trip to work and home, evenings more quiet?

    Quiet usually brings rest.

  • thanks...I am drained. I haven't slept decent for a couple of months now(custody battle) and I am drinking more coffee than I used too.

  • I get that from stress. I go to my husband and say, "see what you guys are doing to me?!" Time to take a vacation, mama!

  • I have the same problem when I get stressed as well. Sometimes it lasts for a few days...sometimes weeks. It is really annoying when it happens.
