What is a good post-workout snack I can bring to the gym?

I usually workout for an hour, and Im so hungry afterwords that I end up making bad food choices like fast food. What is a good snack I can bring with me to the gym so I can eat it in the car, preferably something quick? Maybe fruit and a granola bar or something?

  • I pack raw almonds and a veggie juice. The trick is only a small handful-- like 15 almonds max. The protein and veggie fats will help rebuild your muscles and help you stay fuller longer.
