In three weeks I get a strep test and to check if my baby's head is faced down. How is this checked?

  • They just feel around your stomach, but with my son he was in such a weird way that neither me nor my OB had any idea how he was sitting so we did a very very quick U/S. It was like 20 seconds long lol I wanted more but eh at least I knew he was head down :)

  • feel around the belly. although, the doc i had for my son told me as soon as he walked around the room, not even near me. he'd been doing it for 60yrs so he had experience lol. as for my dd's doc, she had to feel around the belly for a bit to figure out she was head down.
