Bad Habit

I have a bad habit of eating sweets after DD goes to bed. It doesnt matter if its fat free, sugar free.. but I dont want to have this habit anymore. Any tips to kick it? Cold turkey isnt going so well.

  • Do you like tea? If you are craving something sweet, try a cup of tea - there are so many flavors. Check out the website for Celestial Seasonings. There are a lot of sweet flavors you might like that will satisfy your cravings.

  • Chew a peice of sugar free gum. I just clean my mouth if I need to quit eating (floss, waterpik, brush, mouthwash).
