  • When we were in CA my husband loved a placed called Rubios for fish tacos. He prefers them with the battered and fried fish but eats them grilled because they are healthier that way. When I do batter them I always use cod or Tilapia and a beer batter.

  • I've never made fish tacos (I don't think they'd go over well in this house!) but grilled or baked is how I would do it - it's my preferred way to make fish anyway!
