Is it alright to kiss your own baby on the mouth?

I think it's alright, and I took pics of me and my baby. Their soooooo cute!

  • Absouletly! I have a 20 month old and she loves to give mommy kisses. She always has and they were never wet :) my other baby is still to little to give me kisses but I do give her kisses.

  • No its not bad. Though there are bacteria that cause tooth decay in the adult mouth that would be better not to be in a baby's mouth.

  • eww not really, i mean in my own opinion its nasty, i am not against it when other parentes do it though.. just i dont like to do it.

  • Nothing wrong with it unless there is tongue from the parent or a sexual response...other than that, not a thing wrong with it. I worked at a daycare and had kids not my own plant some slobbery, snotty, germy kisses straight on my mouth...that is slightly gross. But, little ones are quick, they can slime you before you realize it. Or shove a saliva dripping cheerio in your mouth too. LOL
