Is it okay to take a Multi vitamin AND a calcium supplement (500mg)?

I know someone will probably say, Ask you Doctor, which I would love to, but I currently do not have insurance, so that is not an option.

  • Yes. And make sure you also take magnesium pills with the calcium. They go together. You can read everything about vitamins FREE if you go to your local Library and ask them to show you where the Health,Diet and Exercise books are. I love to go to my Library and just sit and read and find books to check out. ANd it is FREE!!!
