Well I went to the doctor today and I found out that I now weigh 151. I have never weighed this much, except when I was pregnant with my kids. It is just really hard to lose this baby weight and I'm having a hard time doing it. So I was wondering if anyone had any tips on some good healthy good to buy. Or certain meals to make? I would really appreciate it.
