  • I think that is a great question. I personally do not think there is a god. And I feel that i will never change my mind. BUT even if there was a god and he presented himself to me, I would honestly spit on him for doing such a terrible terrible job. I mean really think about, some ppl are probably going to come on here and say oh it was god's plan and everything happens for a reason...i'll just say it first, shut the hell up, lol. seriously how can you sit there and say oh it was god's way to kill many of kids and ppl. Everyday women are raped and murdered, every day children are raped and murdered. Lately ppl have been lossing their jobs and losing everything because of the your really going to tell me that is god's plan and that is that. he is GOD ALMIGHTY and its his way no matter what. That is a crock of shit.

  • Why as a parent could you ever let your child have a boo-boo? How could you go to work when you know your child is getting bullied at school. How could you allow them to get hurt? HOW ON EARTH could you be sooooo careless? Time and chance happeneth to us all. The worlds getting older, things get shaken around a little. He doesn't love ppl less where you'll find natural disasters.

This is Heaven were living on, it's called planet Earth, things have a cycle, kinda like the weather. We couldn't ever learn to grow, or love, or feel a need of God if things were perfect here. God even created the angels, and some turned against God, sorta like rebellious teenagers.
Why do we expect God to keep us from harm? For all the bad things that are happening in the world, think about what He has done for you. Can't you find anything to be grateful for? The lives of your children, family, food on the table, ppl who care, cont

  • GOD doesn't do those terrible things he gave man free will, MAN makes those terrible things happen. This is why there is a devil because Lucifer thought that man should be made inherently good so that they would lead good moral lives and automatically go to heaven, the lord wants people to go to heaven on our merits because we have TRIED to be a good person not because we didn't have any other choice. And if you spit on God, he'd forgive you because as a human creature you have the choice to spit on the divine entity who made your life possible. God doesn't control our lives or the things we do, we do that ourselves so the world is a shitty place because the human race screwed it up not because he wanted it to be.

  • life? Why is it that ppl feel the need to question wether or not God cares. It's amazing you even exist at all, and yet all ppl ever choose to focus on is the bad stuff. Lift you eyes upwards, away from the cares and concerns of this world, and realize that God cares about what happens to you, and knows you better than you even know yourself. There is a saying in the scriptures that speaks about wisdom saying He that increaseth knowlege increaseth sorrow. It's like that too when we get older naturally. We know bad things happen in the world. And God is feeling the loss of those lives in Haiti deeper than the rest of us. It is beyond comprehention.

  • this is the same as the person that smokes her whole life and when she gets cancer she looks up at heaven and asks why God would ever allow something so terrible, and when she dies people say why did God take her? He as usual has to be blamed.

  • Man does this stuff, not God. We are here to learn and bring info back to God. If life were perfect, there would be little learning or appreciation/gratitude. You learn the most when going through a bad time. I see it as a massive spiderweb. Everything is planned. For example, my husband's mom died of cancer. Her role in life was to come down here but have an early departure so that the rest of the family learned to cope through the pain of her loss and move FORWARD. As it turns out, his sister died as well and his other sister got and survived cancer. Both remaining kids are very spiritual, open, loving, scarred but always growing. Natural disasters happen and people get hurt. Could be balancing the population? Maybe not. SO many theories.

  • Anon 1:36 "Why as a parent could you ever let your child have a boo-boo?"

How can you compare a "boo-boo" to RAPE, or some of the other sickening things that are done to kids - some in the name is this so called god???????

  • God lives and he will come again. Be ready because he will take his people with him and the rest will suffer eternally.
Jesus loves you all and will forgive all those evil things that are coming from your mouth as a mother forgives her child. Turn your ways and leave the earthly things out and away from your life. Accept Jesus into your life.

    God Bless

  • There is a God. Everything that is happening now, he warned us about. Read the bible for the answers.
