excercising pregnant

What are some excercises I can do while pregnant that won't do any harm to the baby?

  • Most forms of exercise you did before pregnancy you can safely continue through pregnancy, but if you weren't active on a regular basis walking, swimming, and some stretches/yoga are good. I used to inline skate, which I quit for obvious reasons, but am still doing step aerobics and WiiFit yoga/games.
