has any one ever painted there 3 month old daughters toenails? is it bad?

  • If they are putting their feet/toes in their mouth, probably not a good idea but if they don't then it should be fine.

  • The fumes and chemicals are not good for adults much less babies. Not a good idea.

  • I did paint my daughters toenails (not fingernails) as a baby. But that was 10 yrs ago (i was young and didn't consider all factors). Now I think my concern would be with the chemicals you'd need to remove the polish. But her toes were cute!

  • I think you can buy non-toxic polish at a beauty supply store thats specifically for this purpose.

  • ohh i totally did!! my daughter was born the end of april, so when summertime came along i polished her lil toes! had to do it while she was sleeping tho so that she didnt move..lol

  • my brother in law has been painting my daughters finger/toe nails since she was about 2 months old. She has never gotten sick from them being painted. She loves him to paint them and shows off her nails for days after.
