In making a quick bread, what is the substitution ratio using oatmeal instead of flour?

Love to know a good tried and true answer, as I love to add oats to my cooking (makes it a bit more healthy, with out changing the rest of the recipe).

  • you can't sub all. but switch out a cup and you will do fine.

    I made the banana bread and it was wonderful! added a little more of the oats ratio to flour.
