TTC...There are so many different brand names of prenatal vitamins.....Any suggestions of which one to pick?

  • I really liked the One a day pre-natals. The prescription ones they gave me messed with my stomach. The one a days actually didn't mess up my stomach at all. THey've got all the good stuff too!

  • Ive been taking the generic brand from our grocery store (kroger) I just made sure it had DHA and the omega fatty acids in it.

  • i would go to a health food store and look for a food based multi vitamin.

  • My OB said they are all pretty much fine. When I told him I was using the lowest cost one from Walmart, he said it was perfect. Two Flintstone chewables are great, too. Don't feel like you have to spend a ton of money to get what you need.

  • I was given about seven or so to choose from last october when i first conceived (m/c; pregnant again) and after debating between them, trying them out, tasting them (yuck), I went with concept dha.

  • a brand caled Materna, im pretty sure that's what it was.
