Question part 2.. for meat eaters and vegetarians

Are there vegetarians out there who gave up meat only but still eat eggs, cheese and drink milk?

  • Yes they are ovo-lacto-vegetarians. A Vegan does not consume anything that comes from a living animal, but there are varying degrees of "vegetarianism" so to speak.

    There is a fantastic book called The China Study, by T Colin Campbell; it makes a great nutritional argument for being vegetarian.
