how can i lose baby fat

i didnt gain alot but i would like to lose the little pouchy stomach

  • 1. drink water: it's 1/2 your weight converted to ounces ( 100lbs = 50oz)
    2. do crunches and other exercises that focus on toning your body.
    3. Eat healthy & keep taking your vitamins. Your body will hold onto fat if it feels it is not getting enough nutrients.
    4. Keep your tummy muscles flexed as often as possible throughout the day

    Don't rush into it too soon after giving birth. I tried doing sit ups when my first baby was 7 days old. OUCH. Wait until your body has healed from delivery.
    It took 9 months for your body to change, it isn't going to bounce back in a week.%Pr

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.
