A good new recipe to try?

Any ideas? A good, easy, simple food idea. We're getting board of the common things I make lol.

  • lay out soem tater tots in a pan, sprinkle some corn over....Set it aside while you fry up some ground beef in a skillet. Once its thoroughly cooked add some brown gravy & whatever spices u desire, i use dried thyme....Pour it over the taters & cook for 20 minutes @ 450.

  • Enchiladas are easy. Take 10 flour torillas and fill them with each beef or chicken (seasoned and fully cooked), roll like a burrito on both ends. Layer in a casserole dish. Cover each layer with shredded cheeses, then top with enchilada sauce. Cook at 375* for 30-45 min or until cheese is fully melted. You can serve this with a salad.

  • I made some really yummy sweet potatoes the other day. I mashed up a big can of sweet potatoes in a 2 quart square casserole dish, mix in the juice from half a lemon, then sprinkle a one inch layer of brown sugar on top. Add a layer of plain cheerios and pop it in the microwave for about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. And enjoy!
