  • STOP STRESSING....go lay on you left side and relax....sometimes nothing can make it go far along are you???
if you drink soda...stop...sometimes that helps too

  • i had high BP in my first pregnancy than found out it was pre eclampsia. So i was induced.. just try and stay relaxed, try to stay away from caffiene.. and elevate your feat :)

  • I had hbp before and still did in the beginning of my preg I am not 15 or 16 weeks, taking labetalol for the blood pressure and now have better than perfect numbers :) do not worry lovely, just have the doc tell you what he or she suggests you do abotu the blood pressure and know you are certainly NOT the first or will you be the last person the doc is dealing with/dealt with who has high blood pressure. Though annoying it is more common then some people care to well, eat well and drink lots of water and pamper yourself just a little!!
