Why is it that some women are so cliquish??

I have joined several groups where it seems 3 or 4 women will respond to each others posts or quote each others responses like they're having their own exclusive conversation and ignore other posters. Not for nothing, but why be part of a group where others can join if some women don't include them in their discussions?

  • i've always wondered the same thing, it drives me nuts. i thought we all graduated high school, but i swear cafemom is a LOT worse sometimes. i think that it probably makes them feel special, and i know in some groups, they gang up on people and say things that should never be said to anyone...maybe they are unhappy with life, and doing things like that to others makes them feel good with themselves?

  • It makes them feel important. That they're apart of something in an impersonal environment.
