  • Is going to jail worth it?! Seriously, if he is disturbing the peace, call the cops on him--you can do it anonymously!!!

  • Why not call and file a report for noise disturbances instead? every time he does it report it right away. This will keep you from getting arrested or having charges filed against you for smashing his windshield, and it puts what he is doing on file that there is an on going issue and after a few calls he will get cited. If you have a video camera witha date and time stamp set it up and have it ready that way you can show that it happens often. IMO its easier than creating a criminal record for yourself.

  • Sadly it does not take "3 days" to fix a cars windshield. unless you damage the metal molding around the window........

It only takes about an average of 45 minutes to a bit more then that to replace a cars windshield and less then an hour to replace a side window......and even if the motor was messed up...does not take long fo each window!

    How do I know?

I dated a guy whom worked for a local copany that comes to you or you can go by their shop and funny.....even the oldest cars windows are readily available to be delivered within hours.

I used to watch him repair them, and can fix the motor in my own cars door in case it messes up or gets pushed down, taking the cars interior panel off and popping it back up. And spraying WD-4 in there to keep the gears moving that hold up the window....its "x" shaped a bit.

CALL THE COPS OR GO TO JAIL? Is it that hard to answer that one? let them handle the jerk!

  • You need to call the police each and every time that it happens, he is breaking noise laws, and they will ticket the shit out of him, and if you do it over and over and over he will rack up fines. He can eventually go to jail for disturbing the peace and it sounds like he has an attitude which means he will give the cops attitude and end up arrested for that. Just call the cops, every time he does it. They will put an end to it.

  • This is what you do...

Find 2 small pebbles. Unscrew the cap on his tire where you put air in? set the pebble in the little nub and screw the cap back on. Making sure the pebble is lined up to push down on the little button thing, thus creating an air leak. Do it to 2 of his tires.
They'll be flat by morning, you haven't damaged his car in anyway. Plus it's so unnoticeable he wont be able to figure why the tires are flat and he'll have to take it into a shop. You'll get at least a couple nights of sleep and he'll probably think some mischievous 12 yr old kid did it.

  • Sure anon 4:41 nobody will figure that one out! How about if she calls someone to steal the truck? Then it will be gone for at least three days? It only takes a few minutes to fix a tire and the repair place will see your childish little plan. Just because your neighbors didn't call the cops on you doesn't mean this mom's won't.

  • i agree after a certain time its disturbing the peace..enough times called and they'll do something to make him stop

  • The shop will keep it over night, and who cares about when they find the pebbles?? He'll still have to pay the mechanics!! And this mom can sit back and watch this jerks reaction. =)

  • Report him for disturbing the peace every time he does it, right when he does it.
