  • My daughter (nearly two and a half) had a bowl of Cornflakes for breakfast, an apple as a snack, then vegetable soup and soda bread for lunch, and for dinner she had mild quorn chilli with rice. She probably drank about 3-4 cups of water also - she's not into juice or milk, but can't seem to get enough water.
