why do you think im hurting?

So I walked quite a bit today and for some reason my right side of my belly is hurting ? what could be the problem?

  • If you're not walking all the time and not making it a routine of yours you might have over exerted yourself. That can cause pulled or strained muscles that just need time to repair themselves. Making walking part of your weekly routine keeps you loose, your joints limber and helps loose those unwanted pounds. Plus it gives you more energy. And trust me I'm having to take my own advice here
