I've solved the health care insurance problem!!!

Let's see, the Obama administration says the unemployment rate is under 10%, because millions of people have been unemployed for so long they are no longer looking for jobs and don't "count" as unemployed.

Using that logic, can't we just say that anyone that can't get medical insurance for over a year is no longer uninsured? Bam! No more healthcare crisis!!

Thoughts?!

  • They have been using that system for unemployment for a couple decades already.

Because it will take SEVERAL years for ObamaCare to be implemented IF it passes. So, if everyone in need of health care had to wait until the programs were implemented, they would be forced to wait, and then, according to ObamaLogic, it wouldn't be necessary, because all of those people would have been kicked off the "waiting list" and, like unemployment, would no longer be counted as even needing a health care plan!!! Get it?! I'm just using the current administration's logic against them!

True, but the unemployment numbers haven't been THIS bad since the end of the Carter administration!!! Anyone else seeing history repeating itself?!? It's because we have a generation of voters who weren't around/not conscious of what happened during the Carter Administration and can't be bothered to conduct a 2 second Google search?!
