with a marginal placenta previa that has gone up and then slipped down and gone up and slipped down again at 37 weeks can it still go back up?

  • It has a chance to go up but not as much as before because of the lack of space and the slowing of activity in the uterus after 36 weeks.

  • My MIL was told she had placenta previa with all 7 of her kids. Yes, 7. Each time, it seemed to magically move out of the way and she had a vaginal delivery with all 7 of them. No complications at all.

    Every woman and every pregnancy is different. Also, ultrasounds are just tools. They aren't 100%.
