To Anon or not to Anon....
If you love Anons, if you hate them, please go check out this poll. I would like it settled once and for all if the love outweighs the hatred of Anons, lol.
And all nasty answers WILL be reported, thanks! :D

  • I usually only anon on hot topics. People are always looking to bash/disagree if your thoughts are different from their own. Such topics as abortion, circumcision, vaccines, and breastfeeding are full of them. I'd really rather people just answer the question. I was raised that if I can't say something nice or helpful I shouldn't say it at all. That doesn't mean i haven't been tempted to leave a rude remark, I just choose not to.

  • I love anon posters. Sometimes they are so obviously trying to start crap.

Answer by gemgem at 9:21 PM on Feb. 21, 2010

  • I always answer and ask anon.

  • i think anon provides us the opportunity to feel safe if we're answering or asking a question that we feel may either get us bashed or make us feel embarrased otherwise. It's a good thing I think and I like the fact this is one of the few places I log into that I am able to do that. :)

  • I also always use Anon.

I don't do it to be rude or mean.
But, you know, I have personal issues - I don't want to know you, and I don't want you to know me.
