How do you keep yourself smelling and feeling fresh during that time of the month?

  • ok, so, this is my secret, and I don't know if anyone else does it, but I put deoderant down there...after I shower. try it, if it works it works, if it doesn't...then on to the next tip!

  • Taking showers more than once a day. Changing the pad and/or tampon frequently.

  • but if you put deodorant down there wont that cause an infection of some sort?

  • no infection!, put your knickers on and spray - no sweat, no smell - does work!! You only get an infection if there is something infectious there to begin with (bacteria etc) I only use tampons, change regularly
