Ahem. . constipation

I hate it! I almost cried yesterday because of this nasty pregnancy side effect! What else can I do besides drink prune juice and take dulcolax can I do to prevent this!?

  • Raisin Bran. Everyday. Whatever brand has the highest amount of bran. I would literally burst into tears if I woke up to an empty box. Good luck!

  • avoid dairy products!

    and you can drink other juices besides prune (or plain water) I hate prune juice!

  • eat prunes my lady! at night before you go to bed, have about 7-10 of them, yes they are nasty, but i swear it will give you soft stools everyday. and the weird thing is about prunes is....they look like little assholes haha

  • Bananas. There were weeks at a time where there was hardly anything in my kitchen other than bananas.

  • i plug my nose and eat about 3 to 4 purnes(b4 bed) if I haven't gone in a day and usually the next day it works like a charm.. I would also try the cereal to that helps me to ! good luck

  • eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday or oatmeal products, eat apples and strawberries, only consume whole grain/whole wheat breads and cereals, drink LOTS of water, get adequete amount of exercise, and relax if you can:-)
