What part of the day shows your childs TRUE height?

I read that when you measure a child in the a.m they will be at their tallest height , then they will appear shorter as the day goes on into the evening. Due to fluids and cartilage. SO , what do you think the best time to measure them is? Would their correct height be in the a.m ?

  • uhmmm I have three kids, 1 teen an 2 in their twenties. Never have they had to be measured for height or remeasured to confirm accuracy at specific times of any day.

When people age in to much older age, about 70's or 80's their height can shorten due to aging process.

Don't worry about height timing of day. Worry about health overall.
