what do i do...

my son hasnt really been sleeping well at night. and i dont know what i need to do to sleep better at night?

  • Try a routine. There is a special night time Johnsons baby bath and lotion that is clinically proven to help baby sleep better as part of a nightly routine.

  • Routine is key. Consistency is key. Bath before bed helps a lot. Try a bath product with Lavender to help soothe you baby to sleep (Aveeno has a baby line with Lavender and so does Johnson and Johnson). Or you could just get some linen spray and spray babies crib.

  • Babies are not built to sleep through the night. Co-sleep, so you can nurse and doze.
