Is sweating and drinking lots of water natures way of getting rid of toxins in our bodies?

and eating veggies and fruits help our digestive systems work better from the inside?

If so ladies WHAT THE HECK ARE WE WAITING FOR!!!! FOR THE DOCTOR TELL US TO STOP OUR BAD HABITS? OR SOMETHING TRAGIC TO HAPPEN BEFORE WE SNAP OUT OF THIS?

Sorry....I just had to vent....whew!

  • Your liver and kidneys remove toxins as someone already said. Sweating is your body's way of cooling you down. There are no toxins in your sweat, lol....this sooo cracks me up. Ask your doctor.
