  • mashed banana? As soon as he or she is capable of sitting unassisted and has proven the ability to swallow 'solid' foods like cereal. IMO

  • my ds is almost 5 months but has been eatting solids for about 3 months now and has been eatting bananas probably 2 months so since he was 3 months old real and container
