  • I skip the packets. You never really know what is in them. I use garlic, salt, pepper, & cumin. Super easy and yummy. Nothing special to buy.

  • 2 Tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp. dried chopped onion, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. beef boullion granules or 1 beef boullion cube, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. sugar. Combine together and add to 1 lb. ground meat with 3/4 c. water. Stir together well and simmer for a minute or two.

This is very close to a copycat recipe for Taco Bell Taco seasoning. The only thing I didn't add was red pepper flakes.
