What are some questions you would ask when interviewing a potential nanny?

I am going to be interviewing for a new nanny position tomorrow and it's been awhile since I've had to interview, so if you were conducting an interview of a potential nanny what are some of teh toughest questions you would ask?

  • the most important to me would be if she has any children of her own, i dont care if you went to college for one million years and took every child develpment class and babysat the last 20 years,you better have a kid otherwise you aint coming near mine.

  • cpr, dicipline methods, driving record, criminal record, ages of your kids, expereince, flexability of schedule, smoke or not, what would you do with the kids.....
