  • I had the perfect pregnancy with my my first child, no morning sickness nothing (I guess my boobs hurt a little bit.). My belly stuck straight out and I was huge. She was a girl. Now with this pregnancy I had morning sickness and everything hurts constantely. My belly is as round as can be. I'm having another girl.

  • I only have the one but a friend of mine has 3 boys and one baby girl. She said with her boys things were fine, hardly sick, felt great. Now she had a girl, her pregnancy was rough. Sick, couldnt eat, didnt feel so good.

  • My first, I had practically no early pregnancy symptoms. I ate like a pig later on, and had a major sweet tooth. It looked like I had a beach ball stuffed under my shirt, and I gained weight all over.

My second, I had just about every symptom in the book before I even missed my period. I had no appetite my entire pregnancy, and anything sweet made me gag. All the weight I gained was in my stomach, my pre-preg jeans fit again just 3 weeks after birth. And I hurt all over (though that could easily have been from having an active toddler to take care of, too).

My first was a boy, my second was a girl.

  • I was less sick with my boys then my daughters. I had alot of nausea with the boys, but could hardly hold down anything with my girls. I also had worse headaches due to the increase in hormones with girls.

  • I have a son and two daughters. with my son my firstborn no one commented on if they thought it was a boy or girl from the way I carried. When I got pregnant later with my first daughter people told me I carried different than with my son and they thought my second baby was a girl because I carried that second pregnancy more left to right instead of more sticking out forwards the entire pregnancy. Don't remember about my third pregnancy.

With food I was bothered by the same smells in all three pregnancies and craved the same things in all 3 pregnancies too.

  • I had two girls and both pregnancy's were very different. With my first i never had morning sickness and carried very low. With my second. I had morning sickness and carried very high. The only thing I had the same was around 19 weeks. I had bad back pain. With my second though it was much worse and for two weeks if I moved a cm I would be in so much pain. I pretty much cried all day long.

  • I have 3 boys, 1 girl and am having another girl this time. There weren't any differences in pregnancies between the sexes. I have gotten progressively sicker with each pregnancy for a longer period of time, but the order was boy/boy/girl/boy/girl. I had no difference in weight gain, belly size, carrying high vs low, etc.

  • I have had 2b and 2g. I have always been a lot sicker for the boys!

  • No--all three were almost the same except that I had morning sickness all day with the first,my daughter. I don't think the sex of the baby will make any difference at all. Just "old wives' tales". Silly.
