What are you feeding your 11 month olds

I was just wondering what other cafemomers were feeding their 11 month olds. My daughter is going to be 11 months on Sunday Feb. 28th. I still give her Stage 3 Baby Food and a little table food. Should she be eating table food all the time now and no baby food? What foods can she eat? What should I avoid? I also was wondering if any moms have made the switch to cow's milk yet? Does she need a supplement if I switch her to cow's milk?

  • I switched my kids to all table foods around 8 months. We started introducing a small amount of milk around 11-11 1/2 months mixed in with either formula or breastmilk, but drs will tell you not to do it until they are a year old. My son would (and still does!) eat everything - he loves all different types of fruit, anything made with eggs, green beans, whole wheat rotini, tomatoes, etc. They say no honey or peanut butter until at least 1. There are some other allergy triggers as well, but we have no food allergies in my family or my dh's so although I only introduced one new food at a time, I wasn't overly cautious.
