Okay. We all know there is no such thing as a Tea Cup Chihuahua, but they do come in many sizes. The AKC say Chis are not over 6 lbs. Well I have some really small Chis and I have some that are over 6 lbs. I have seen the smallest in the litter, grow up to be the largest, and the largest in the litter end up being the smallest. I have never seen two litters alike (even if they have they same parents) andI have never seen two puppies in a litter that are alike in size or color. I have applehead puppies that are larger than their parents. The larger Chis have the best temperament, health, social personalities, and are so loving. But most people want the smallest one they can find. I would like to hear about some of the group's experiences with their Chihuahuas. ThanksAnswer Question

You are very lucky if you can find a Chihuahua for $200 or $300. The smaller they are the higher the price. I have seen them sell for $2800....and I can almost garantee the ones I saw came from a dog farm or pet mill. You should google Chihuahua Rescue and find the closest one to you. Sometimes the rescues get pregnant dogs and need to find homes for the puppies. If they don't have any puppies, you can get your name put on a list.
