And do I go by when I had them their age which is 10 weeks or their gestational age which is 4 weeks behind which is 7 weeks?

  • 36 weeks is not really considered a preemie anymore. They usually don't adjust age for babies born that far along.

  • 36 weeks with twins is really good. A friend of mine just had twins a few weeks ago and her OB told her if she went into labor at 36 weeks she woulnd't stop her - it's considered term for twins. They are the age that they are - if they were born 10 weeks ago, they are ten weeks old.
