It takes some women several months to flush and reset their systems. A raw food/ whole food detox will pull all of the fake hormones out of your system. Cut out wheat, gluten, and dairy for 1 month. No junk food. When you make meals at least 1/2 of your plate should be filled with raw fruits and veggies. Drink only water. You'll most likely get your period within the first month. By the 2nd period you should be fully fertile and feeling great.
Typical food for the day:
fruit smoothie, no yogurt or dairy
handful of almonds or walnuts
green salad with tuna or chicken, nuts, veggies, olive oil, and lemon
fresh fruit or veggie sticks for afternoon snacking
Red beans and rice, raw or steamed veggies with lemon
my fav dessert: 1 cup frozen blue berries and 1/2 cup OJ-- blended-- it's like sorbet!!
