My son is 18 months old, he had food poisoning a few nights ago. He ate well the day before, but yesterday he was afraid to eat. All he had was a few crackers, strawberries, a waffle, and water only. He's affraid of soup and noodles, what else can I give him when he is hungry?

He drinks plenty of water so he is not dehydrated, but he is scared to try to eat some foods because he dosen't want to throw up. He won't have broth, soup of any kind, and noodles. What other foods are good to give a child with an upset stomach without making him sick again?

  • There's some kind of rule of thumb for foods when you're nauseous. It's Toast, Apples, Bread, and I forgot the other one.
