What is the best time of the day to work out? And is it better to eat something before or after you work out?

  • the best time of the day to work out for fat loss is the morning. the best time for toneing is the evening. its good to eat protein before and after you work out because protein builds lean muscle which eats fat.

  • yep agree.. make sure you have protein before your workout..i start my day with a nutrient shake shakeology and then i work out about 2 hours later.. im just more motivated in the morning but the shake gives me great energy

  • Best time depends on your health. if you have high blood pressure don't workout as soon as you get up in the morning. You need to give your blood time to elevate. Also if you have low blood sugar...not necessary diabetic you need breakfast first, wait an hour then workout. If you are over weight and healthy do it when you get up, then eat breakfast afterwards to burn off the fat. Hope this helps.
