Healthy fast easy meal ideas

I want your quick and easy (but still healthy!) meal ideas, aiming for 350-400 calorie meals. So far I have soup w/ toast, and a turkey/tuna wrap w/ veggies and a peice of fruit. I dont have a problem eating the same thing every day, so throw them at me!
