  • You can always give it a try. Look for cues that he needs to go and put him on the potty when you think he needs to. You can also try at times he's likely to need to go like right after waking up etc. Don't expect too much, but if he uses the potty make sure you make a BIG deal about it so he sees that's a good thing to do and makes you happy. Just don't force anything, at this point try to make it "fun".

  • You should at least get a potty and give it a try. Have your husband take him in the bathroom with him so he can see what he is supposed to do. He can sit on his little potty while Daddy uses the big one. Kids love to imitate, so letting him watch is really a good way to get him started. If he seems interested and cooperative then start trying to have him sit on the potty a little each day, preferably at times when he might need to go. If he isn't cooperating then wait a while and try again. Not too many kids are ready to potty train that early, but I don't think it would hurt to try. GL!

  • I would try. My 17 month old just went to bed in undies for the first time tonight! She's been dry for a week. She started something like your son did... If he's going to take off his diaper and pee, might as well be on the potty...
