  • my 4 and 5 year old have either, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, bagels, fruit, or eggs.

my 11 month old usually has fruit, eggs, or yogurt

on the weekends, we usually do a lager breakfast like omelets or breakfast burritos.

  • I don't know, it depends. My daughter eats fruit and cereal or oatmeal on most days. Other families regularly have eggs, or pancakes/waffles...I know someone who hates breakfast food so much that she serves lunch-type things for breakfast, like BLTs.

  • Mine like oatmeal the best, then cereal, toast or bagels. Honestly they usually eat pretty sugary cereal and I know the oatmeal has a lot of sugar in it too.

  • My kids eat yogurt, fruit (oranges, grapes, or pineapple) 1 piece cinnamon toast (for the 4 year old. 15 year old eats 2 sometimes.)
and drink milk and water with it, about 3 times a week. Twice a week, just a bowl of cereal and some juice. On weekends, 1 pancake, 1 sausage, 1 poached egg, 1 toast with real butter, served with milk and juice and water, if they choose.

  • All fruit smoothie, oatmeal (NEVER from a packet or mix) w/ dried fruit & cinnamon, Whole Wheat Pancakes w/ fruit, Dry Cereal w/ fruit & almond milk, Eggs, Cream of Rice, leftover quiche, Whole Grain Toast w/ Banana slices & Peanut Butter, Granola (again, not the sugary crap) w/ fruit, etc... You get the picture.

We drink as a beverage, only h2o.
