HOW much can i workout??

HOW MUCH EXCERCISE IS GOOD WHEN UR PREGNANT. WIT MY FIRST TWO I WASNT VERY ACTIVE BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT WIT THEM NOR WAS I MUCH ACTIVE DURIN THE PREGNANCYS. BUT WIT THIS ONE IVE BEEN WORKIN OUT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW DROPPED FROM 168 TO 117. SO DO I STILL WORKOUT LIKE I DID BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT OR TAKE IT A LIL EASIER. IM ABOUT A MONTH ALONG..N JUST FOUND OUT YESTERDAY.

  • well congrats. i was reading all about it yesterday. i'm 4 months along myself. they say ur inner temp shouldnt rise above 101F. i dunno how thats given but anyways, try not to tire urself, i went out dancing today n it was so hard to continue n i had to sit down n it took a while to catch my breath too. I'm usually totally in shape. oh well.dont wear urself out n forget situps.
