  • yeast infection is very common after a course of antibiotics.

get some athlete's foot cream and use a pea size amount morning and night. Should clear up in 24 to 72 hours

  • yogurt, it brings back some of the natural bacteria in our bodies. try it, but if she seems to be or continues to be itchy down there, take her in for a check.

  • Oh yes, anyone can get a yeast infection. Thrush is yeast--and very common in babies and breastfeeding moms (I've been down that road all too many times). But yeast infection in the diaper area is common, too. Probiotics help--just break open a capsule and add it to the yogurt, or put some on your finger and let baby lick it off, or if she takes a bottle, put it in there. Refrigerated probiotics are best.
