  • I dislike people standing over my shoulder because it makes me nervous and I mess up. I dislike a manager calling me out over a mistake in front of my coworkers. I dislike favoritism.

  • When they say "good job on selling 2 of those machines, but we need to sell 3 more so get on that:." Dont say something positive and then ruin it. You might as well have said "good job but not good enough."

  • Cluelessness - meaning, before you assign a deadline on a task or project, you better know what all is involved in doing the task or project and have some real world idea of how long it should take to do. (if it's housecleaning - don't order someone to mop and dry a floor in 60 seconds and expect it to be done right. If it's coding, don't order someone to plan and code an entire project in less than a day, including revisions you don't bother to mention until 3PM. If it's driving somewhere and back, you need to account for the speed limit and laws of physics).
